A delicacy of Nepal, North-East India. Tender cubes of lamb cooked with lush green herbs, chives & coriander, finished in coconut cream & served in traditional Karahi style. A Garlic Naan and sweet Coconut Flavoured Rice cooked with caramelised onion accompany this curry.
