Dal – e – Mughal (Dal Makhani)

Dal is inspired by North-West Frontier Cuisine also known as Dal Makhani. Black lentils are slowly cooked in tomato base sauce with cream & butter to perfection in order to achieve a rich, hearty, delicious and variety smooth texture.
